About the Veterans 360
Our mission is to restore balance, to the civilian lives of disabled veterans, and to better our community through facilitating civilian/veteran cooperation. We accomplish this through connecting disabled veterans to resources available in their community. Because Veterans 360 is directed by disabled veterans and veteran spouses, we are in a unique position to connect other disabled veterans with resources we have used ourselves. We live out our mission and encourage you to join us in accomplishing it until every disabled veteran is fully balanced in the areas of financial, medical, educational, and recreational health.
Veterans360 President & CFO: Sheila Cornett Cohen comes to us from a volunteer opportunity. We met Sheila at a Chamber Mixer and discovered she had skills that we needed for our organization. Sheila has an extensive background in the computer industry of over 35 years. She started with IBM in the 1980s and worked her way up to Executive Secretary. After leaving IBM, she joined a software company on the East Coast and was in the Support, Testing and Training Departments for 18 years. Sheila worked with Child Care and Non Profit companies to help manage their business with software. Sheila is also a local Realtor in the State of California and Nevada and has been a small business owner for 14 years. She was a Chapter Leader and Member of the National Association of Professional Women, a Member of the National Association of Self-Employed, a Member of Trusted Business Partners and the Murrieta Chamber of Commerce. She has assisted with fundraising for Dogs for the Deaf in Oregon and our local Linfield Christian School in Temecula. Her vision is to get everyone into homeownership. Sheila has been married 38 years to husband Barry and has two grown children Monica and Steve. Sheila enjoys the beach, learning the latest technology and family time.

Theophilus Tor Tor is the executive director of Veterans 360. He has volunteered with Veterans 360 since 2013. He first joined the organization as the director of recreation through a fellowship at The Mission Continues. After his fellowship, Tor continued to serve as an outreach counselor. Tor has been integral in implementing methods that track the progress of the disabled combat veterans in Veteran 360, and developing program measures that promote successful completion. He is Service Disabled Combat Veteran, proud 2/4 Magnificent Bastard, and Owner of Barney Style Solutions. “It is my goal to run point on our mission of restoration. Being a combat disabled veteran doesn’t mean that we are damaged beyond repair, and a good calibration always helps. First balance, then focus, then engagement. I keep this in mind as we chart through these healing waters”

Michelle Leitzel is originally from Richfield, Pennsylvania and is Retired from the Pennsylvania State Government where she was a Corrections Officer and Parole Agent for over 18 years and also served in the United States Army prior to her Government work. Seeing what Veterans have to go through after exiting the military, Michelle wanted to get involved in helping others and bring her skills to help the needs of Veterans. Not all Veterans have the support they need once they are home and may need help transitioning. Michelle also has a business, MichelleL Non-Lethal Products, which helps people learn how to protect themselves, within the law with non-lethal products. Michelle loves helping others empower themselves no matter what they have been through.

I am excited to utilize my varied skill set and business experience to serve Veterans360 and aid in its mission to serve veterans in our community. I am able to work well both on my own initiative and as part of a team. My main strengths are adaptability, dependability and the determination to get a job done as proven by my success as a small business owner. My desire each day is to learn something new because I believe there is always room for self-improvement both personally and professionally.

Deven Pabey has dedicated his life to ensuring the safety of other. Whether it be from his time in the Marine Corps, or in the security and executive protection field thereafter. As a combat disabled veteran who served with Combat Assault Company and 1/3 Marines, he felt he could best utilize his skill set in helping other combat veterans by studying psychology in college, in order to better understand what he and other veterans are going through mentally. Deven has volunteered at other non profit veteran organizations in the past, and came to Veterans 360 with a passion to help every combat veteran he is able to, one by one. He understands that standing alone is not an option upon exiting the military, and few veterans are prepared or know where and who to go to for help and resources once they are on the civilian side of life. Deven is dedicated to bridging that gap and making the transitioning process extremely painless.
